Nate and Jeanine Garland

Jeanine Garland has a background in Education and a Master's Degree as a Reading Specialist. Jeanine always knew she wanted to work with orphans and bring hope to those who have none. Jeanine is a wife and mother of two. She helped organize, chaperone, and lead a mission trip to Trinidad. Jeanine has run the sponsorship program for the children in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, since 2002. Jeanine and her family have a heart for missions and working with orphans and she hopes that someday God would lead her family to work on the field.

Ann O'Brien

Ann O'Brien currently lives in Troy, Michigan with husband Dan O'Brien and son Danny whom she cares for full-time. She received her Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in 1992 majoring in marketing.

God gave her a heart for "street children" while vacationing in Caracas, Venezuela. As a young girl, she was shocked to see such devastating poverty. She never forgot this experience.

Ann met Julie Malacusky at Kensington Community Church in Troy, Michigan in 1998 and went on a missionary trip to Belo Horizonte, Brazil with her in 2000. Ann and her family currently attend Mount Zion Church in Clarkston, Michigan and Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Troy, Michigan.
