Asaad & Lois Faraj

Asaad and his wife Lois, along with their three children, live in Waterford, Michigan. Asaad has ownership overrides on 32 Primerica offices in several states that services over 15,000 clients. Asaad serves on several different boards including: Detroit Youth For Christ, The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Yatooma's For the Kids Foundation. He and his family are members of Oakland Christian Church, where he serves as an elder. Asaad also travels with Dominc Russo Ministries. He has had the opportunity to travel to ten major international cities where he spoke with thousands of pastors and business leaders. 

Nikole Braue & Chris Braue

Nikole serves on The Dream Project Board as Secretary and Assistant Treasurer. Nikole has been on short term mission trips since 1992 and has been to Panama, Mexico, Jamaica, England, and Venezuela. She was a director of a mime team that traveled locally, nationally, and internationally performing dramas relating to hot topics that effect many young people such as drugs, alcohol, suicide, and racism. While working with the drama team she was privileged to see many people come to know Jesus Christ. She is married to Chris Braue and has two children, one who was an orphan from China. Her passion is to help missionaries and orphans. She serves on the missions board at Bridgewood Church in Clarkston, MI. She loves to study ballet and mime, and is beginning to write a book about the effects of childhood trauma and how you can overcome anything with the healing power of Jesus.

Chris Braue is a board member of The Dream Project as has been on short term missions trips to Venezuela and New York City. Currently, he is a middle school teacher in Waterford Schools. He also serves on the missions board at Bridgewood Church in Clarkston, MI and plays the saxophone in the worship band. He is married to Nikole Braue and has two children, one was an orphan from China. He loves to mountain bike, and go backpacking. He has a heart to see children around the world fulfill the potential that lies within them.

Rich Pirotta

Rich Pirrotta is a senior operational leader, delivering outstanding business results in manufacturing, technology and e-commerce. He has broad, cross-organizational experience in strategy, management, finance, and operations, and has worked in over 30 countries.

Rich currently serves as President of Vogel Industries, a Tier 1 automotive supplier, and COO of Energy Components group, a supplier of precision machined components to the alternative energy industry. He has functional experience in strategy development, operations, and transformational change, and has served as a board member of six companies in various stages of growth.

He is a frequent speaker and seminar leader on topics including strategy, technology, E-business, leadership, motivation, and time management, and is a member of the National Speakers Association. He has served as Affiliate Faculty in the Legal Studies Department of Wharton?s MBA program for a course on Environmental Management, and also served for eight years as a Visiting Lecturer in the MBA program on Corporate Environmental Management.

Rich has been involved with non-profit organizations for over twenty years, and enjoys helping them meet their corporate and social objectives.

Rich holds a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State and an MBA in Financial Management and Operations Management from Wharton.
